SUPER EASY SWEET POTATO MASH

INGREDIENTS

• 2 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 3 Tbsp. water
• 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread

DIRECTIONS

• Combine sweet potatoes with water in large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave at HIGH 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
• Remove from microwave and carefully remove cover. Stir in Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread. Mash or process in food processor until smooth.
